Delivery & Collection Information

At BROWNS Firewood, we offer free local delivery across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas, along with collection from our premises in Great Brickhill.

Free Local Delivery

Our delivery charges and minimum order values depend on your distance from us (MK17 9FX).

Within 20 miles: Free delivery on orders of £50 or more.
20–25 miles: Free delivery on orders of £80 or more.
Beyond 25 miles: Please contact us to discuss delivery options.

Your delivery eligibility will be checked at checkout using your delivery address.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, normally within one week.

You can leave delivery instructions when placing your order, including days to avoid or where you would like your order left if you are unavailable.

If you need your firewood sooner, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Collection from Great Brickhill

You're welcome to collect your order directly from us, with no minimum spend.

Monday–Friday: 9.00 am–4.00 pm
Saturday: Opening times vary — please check before travelling.

During winter, we're generally open on Saturdays more regularly. Our Saturday opening times are updated on Google.

We aim to have collection orders ready within approximately 24 hours. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.

If you're collecting larger quantities, such as bulk bags or barrow bags, please contact us beforehand so we can make sure everything is ready and someone is available to help.

Ordering Net Sacks

For delivery, net sacks can be ordered individually or alongside other products, provided your basket meets the minimum order value for your delivery area.

If you only need a few net sacks, you can also collect them directly from us.
